- The honor of your presence is requested at a memorial service for Suzanne Morris, Court Clerk to the Hon. Janine M. Saxe. The service will take place on Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at 4:30 PM in the Colonial Courtroom of the Fairfax Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courthouse.

- Newsworthy Note: Judge Kimberly J. Daniel has been selected by the Judges of the Fairfax Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court to become the new Chief Judge for a two year term beginning July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2010.
- New Parking Rates in Parking Garage B: As of July 1, 2008, the rates to park in the parking garage are being increased from $.50 per half hour/$6.00 daily maximum to $2.00 per hour/$10.00 daily maximum.

- The FBA is saddened to learn of the loss of Judge David T. Stitt who passed away on Saturday, May 10. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made in Judge Stitt's name to the Fairfax Law Foundation, 4110 Chain Bridge Road, Suite 215, Fairfax, VA 22030.
